How Do I Create A New Account?

Creating an account with us, enables us to personalize all your transactions on TechNova shopping. However, you do not need to create an account or register with us before shopping. Once you confirm the order during your first purchase, you will be prompted to register yourself and provide us with your personal details.

How Do I Change My Personal Details?

You can change your personal information like email ID, login password, mailing address, etc. as per your convenience. To make the changes, log into your account and select the option 'My Profile' and make necessary changes then click on the 'Continue' button. All the changes done will be saved in your profile.

How can I check the details of an order?

To check the number of orders placed by you, log into your account and then click on 'My Order'. It will display list of all orders you have placed over the last 90 days.

How to shop at TechNova Mall ?

Step 1:
To select the Product of your choice, Select the appropriate category displayed on the left panel. After selecting category, products listed under it will be displayed. Select the product you would like to buy by clicking the name of the product. The details of the product will be displayed. Select the quantity and then Click on 'Add'. The selected products will be added to your cart.

Step 2:
Click on 'checkout' on the right hand panel. If you have not signed in to your account, you will be prompted to sign in. After you sign in, your delivery information will be displayed. If you want the order to be delivered to a person other than you, fill in the delivery information in the provided form and the click on 'continue'.

Step 3:
After clicking continue, Final Review of your order will be displayed, where you can review your order, billing and shipping information. You can make changes in your order, billing and shipping information and then click on 'Continue' to post your order.

It is advisable to make a note of the order number as a reference for any further communication with us.

What is a cart?

The cart is a virtual carry bag that displays the number of Products you have chosen to purchase along with the total purchase amount as a summary under My cart on right hand Panel . If you want to view details click on 'View cart'.

What is a Wishlist?

A Wishlist is the list of Products chosen by you, Which you may like to buy in near future. You can remove a product from the wish list by clicking on 'Delete Item' and add a product by click on add to Wishlist icon.

What is Speed Order?

If you know the product codes of the items you wish to order, just enter the product code and quantity and click on the submit button. Products will be directly added to your shopping cart.

How do I update an order?

You can make the following changes to your current order in the shopping cart:

(i) Add/deduct the quantity - To add or deduct the quantity of a particular Product, click in the box where the 'Quantity' is mentioned, change the quantity and click on the link 'Update Cart'.

(ii) Delete an item - To delete an Product from the shopping cart, click on the 'Delete' link which is on the left of the product name.

Can I Save My Order For Later Purchase?

If you want to save the order for later purchase click on 'Save / Recover Cart' on the right hand Panel and enter the cart Name and click on 'Save'. The order gets saved with product details and quantity specified by you. If you want to recover the saved order next time you log in click on 'Save / Recover Cart'. It will display the orders saved by you for later purchase. Click on the order which you would like place.

What are the different payment options available at Technovamall Shopping?

Cash on Delivery (COD) is a mode of payment and this service is provided through Courier Services. You can pay for your order only when you actually receive it.

How do I search for the product of my interest?

You can search for a particular product or a Product category using our Search, which is available on each and every Webpage within TechNova Shopping. To search for any product or brand of your choice,

  • Enter the keyword in the box. The keyword can either be a product name (e.g. NovaJet Matte Coated Standard, NovaJet Pure White Canvas etc.) or it can be Product Description (e.g. clear films).
  • Click on the 'Go' link to generate the search results.
The Search will display the matching results.
